This artwork pays homage to one of my most revered artists, Lucio Fontana, whose legacy of ‘Spatial Concept’ art has inspired generations. Fontana’s embrace of concreteness and minimalism left an indelible mark on the art world.
In this piece, I delve into the essence of Fontana’s innovation. Here, instead of a clean, precise cut, a raised white line elegantly bisects the canvas, creating two distinct but harmoniously connected realms.
