Yes, all the artworks are unique pieces. They are made, numerated and signed
by NILLA.
At the moment, commissions are closed. However, if you want to customize an artwork and make a gift for yourself or some other people, write an email to welcome@thatisnilla.com.
We will find a way to make you happy!
At some moments of the year, commissions will be available. To be updated, please join our mailing list.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within a month of receiving your shipping confirmation email, don’t hesitate to contact us at welcome@thatisnilla.com with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you.
Art must be protected, so NILLA designed a robust packaging through which the artworks will be shipped.
However, during the shipment, an incident may occur and damage the box, so if the case, please take pictures and video of the box as it arrives in your place, before and after opening. All the pictures are necessary to ask for insurance coverage.
