Returns
If you want to exchange or return one or more products, please read our “Returns and Cancellations” policy for instructions. We do not accept return packages sent to package boxes. They must be sent to the artist’s address, which will be communicated by email.
Return cost and responsibility lies with the customer until it is received. We process return packages as soon as possible. You will receive an email with confirmation when your return is approved. The time of refunds is variable and depends on the payment service provider, which, at the time you read this contract, is Stripe.
Price Policy
Prices are shown in EUR. All prices include Italian VAT of 22%. Prices do not include the delivery costs. Those costs will be displayed at the checkout. Orders delivered outside the EU may be subject to local taxes and/or import duties at your own expense.
NILLA reserves the right to change the prices of the products from time to time. The prices of the products will be valid throughout the order process time. However, we make reservations for typos.
Sizing
All measurements are approximate, and variations may occur. Please note that +/- 1 cm on each measurement may occur.
Payment
We accept the following credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, China UnionPay, Discover, Diners, Japan Credit Bureau, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Alipay.
Order Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation shortly after placing your order. If an artwork is sold out during your order process time, you will be notified by email and receive a refund immediately after.
Shipping
Read our full “Shipping” policy. All shipments are sent with a secure courier and a tracking number. We aim to pack and give the order to the courier within five business days of receiving it. International shipments may require up to ten business days due to the export approval from the Italian Fine Art Authority. Orders are not sent or delivered on weekends and holidays.
NILLA is not liable for any mishandling or failed delivery by the shipping service. If delivery suffers a delay of 30 working days, don’t hesitate to contact us to investigate with the courier. Some delays can occur during sales, very busy periods, holidays, and severe weather, political or economical conditions.
International Duty and Tax
Customers with orders shipped outside the EU may incur additional import fees when their package enters the destination country. NILLA does not include import duties and local import taxes at the checkout, so it is the customer’s responsibility to pay any duty and import taxes they may incur separately.
Disclaimer
NILLA does not guarantee that all items shown are in stock at the time of your order. In the event that an item for any reason is not available, NILLA will contact you by email. Although we do our best to display correct images, correct colors, info, and prices, errors may occur.
